The skin is the single largest organ in the human body especially given that it covers your entire body. And the skin is consistently shedding cells. Body scrub should be a part of our regular beauty routine as it aids in removing dead skin cells, cleansing the skin to reveal a soft and healthy new skin.

Body scrubs are like the ultimate pampering treatment that your skin needs. there are many commercial body scrubs but the products are usually expensive. Also, some may contain quite a few questionable ingredients. Instead, why not make a wide range of scrubs with ingredients that can be found in your kitchen? You have the advantage of mixing up as many ingredients as you like and be sure that you’re keeping your skin healthy and at a price too!

Body Scrubs are essentially made with an abrasive or rough material – in this case, sugar – and some kind of oil to give it slip – coconut, olive oil, etc – and maybe some fragrant essential oil for a nice finish.

Below are 6 Homemade Body Scrub Recipes.
